Penelope Jane Home, is the commercial side of our business, excluding the short let (SA/Airbnb).
Penelope Jane Property is dedicated to making a lasting impact through our campaigns and programs. While our efforts are driven by our organization’s singular focus, we spread a wide net by investing in a variety of progressive strategies. We have worked as an accommodation agent, working with other landlords to help provide short term accommodation for an MOJ contract. Our Aspiration:
The Enterprise Hub
One of our biggest aspirations at the moment our desire to create a small business hub that can provide a relaxing and comforting environment for all its customers. We aim to do so by building up a community of people to unite together and help support and develop each other.

Our current hopes is to convert a building in Longton to house the community of small businesses. This is an on going project, but we will have new updates on our process via our social media pages and website, so keep in contact if you would be interested in following the businesses journey and development
MOJ Rentals: Looking for Landlords!
Do you have empty property? Are you worried about the possible ability of non-paying tenants, or worried about your property being damaged? Would you prefer to run it as a furnished short stay, increasing your income, keeping your property looking good and with regular bookings?
I can help you do this, and provide you with bookings at above rental prices. I DON’T want to rent your house, I just want to give you regular 14 day bookings and pay you for it upfront. I’m looking for decent 1-2 bedroom furnished properties and offer full support throughout.

Rent To Buy: Coming Soon
Rent to buy allows tenant buyers to live in the home they will eventually buy. They rent for a period of time (for example 2, 5, 7, 10 years) and pay an additional 'top up' which saves up to form the mortgage deposit. At the end of the rental period, the tenant buyer obtains a mortgage, uses the 'top up' as deposit and buys their home.

OUR STAFF
Penelope Jane specialises in serviced accommodation and serviced office spaces with the new Enterprise Hub. She also plans to offer Rent 2 Buy services - helping tenants to save a deposit and become tenant buyers to get on the property ladder and purchase their first, second or forever home (and provides a range of services for other landlords).
