Here at Penelope Jane Property we offer various Holiday Home Rentals across the UK ideal for business trips or leisure. With an aim to make our homes a second home for our guest’s during their stay we offer locations within Cheadle (Staffordshire), Shrewsbury and Goole. Unlike your typical hotel, our holiday home locations include access to a kitchen, living space, outdoor area/garden as well as providing you an additional level of comfort and privacy.
For instance, we make sure our accommodation is maintained to covid standards alongside providing a variety of cleaning products such as anti-bacterial wipes and hand sanitiser for guests to use during their stay. It is even simpler to relax after a busy day, as your will enter a private residential area without needing to navigate hotel room’s and find your key card. I (Penny) am easy to contact via mobile or email for if you have any problem’s during your stay, you’re curious about the local area, or you want to send us some feedback!
Pets are welcome at our properties especially Shrewsbury and Cheadle as they have access to a full garden for pets to use but our locations are also located near a wide range of lovely walks and nature for you to enjoy. Access to a kitchen means that you can conveniently cook your favourite dishes ,similarly staying at a holiday home allows for you to order food from local restaurants and takeaway services instead. Our direct booking process is easier than ever simply pay the deposit and we will contact you for additional information regarding your stay.

Hello and thank you for visiting my website! Here you will find information about my UK holiday homes. This website is mostly used for making direct bookings at my holiday homes from my business Penelope Jane Property, as well as viewing information about our different locations.

You can also find our a little more about me! I am a professional landlord (with residential and commercial properties) and short letting (SA/Airbnb) host based in Stoke-On-trent, with various properties all across the UK.

I also act as a MOJ host. Essentially this allows other property owners to let their properties through me instead, so that I can manage it for them (this is ideal for if you don't have the time of experience to do so yourself). You can find more about this here.

For example, one of our latest business ventures is trying to find a new location to set up an office space for me and my staff as well as other small businesses so that we can work collaboratively with one another. At the moment we are considering a location in Longton Stoke-On-Trent, but we are keeping an eye out for different locations that might also suit our needs. It is a long process, but we are extremely excited to see what the future has to offer.
